my Fidelio DS3510 doesn't recognize my iPad 1
Hello.
I've recently bought a factory refurbished Fidelio DS3510/37B from an Amazon.com seller.
However, it seems my Fidelio doesn't recognize my iPad (the 1st generation).
It doesn't charge or play the music from the iPad.
I thought it was completely out of order at first but strangely, it worked very nicely with my friend's phones, 3GS and 4S.
I am really eager to fix this problem since I bought the Fidelio to connect with my iPad.
The only thing I can do is to connect them via Bluetooth but that gives me bad sound quality.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem?
Please, help me. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply, kwinnie.
Thank you for your reply, kwinnie.
I sure that it's not because of loosening connector or cable since it worked very nicely with iPhone 3GS and 4S.
Also, iPad 1st generation is supported according to its specification (it's advertised with iPad !!!

)
I still couldn't find how to figure it out.
So sad that I wasted 40 bucks and no one from Philips helps me out.

is it? i do not know for refurbished units, we still have warranty... that seems good.
your warranty is tied to the retailer or philips?
if that s the philips one, maybe you can hv a try for the philips south korea?
mmmm, i do not read korean... but i hv the number 260-199 (140-200) and another number (02) 709-1200 on the by pack material named Worldwide Guarantee - (from another model of coz)
maybe can hv a try... gd luck!
