You tube show black sreen after one played video

I have problem this days with Youtube app, for 3 month since i buy tv was all good with latest upgrade but now youtube app starting and after one played video show black screen (no video) only sound. My tv is Philips 4000 series Smart LED TV 42PFL4307H/12 107 cm (42") Easy 3D DVB-T2/C with Pixel Plus HD. Anyone please help? I cant play kids videos to my children and i have bed situation.

We got the same problem here.

The Youtube app worked for over one year now (40PFL6606K/02), but since yesterday only the first video is shown properly, the second one and all following will only play audio, but no video. Youtube is quite unusuable this way because the only way to fix the problem is to cut off the TVs power supply (standby doesn't help) and start all over again (rebooting, reconnecting, searching) which takes a merely unaccaptable amount of time for each video.

Well, is this a bug or some sort of contract thing between Philips and Youtube to lower traffic?

Same problems here. Seems like all you tubes on Philips turn black after one video since yesterday. Please a quick answer Philips, since the problem seems to be with you. There's no way more than 2 people experience the same problem, starting at the exact same date.

Same problem with my 46pfl5507 since yesterday. good to know it's not the TV. cleared all network memory, re-added youtube app. still the same problem. now I'm facing an extra issue when wanted to register again my smart tv. i cannot register to "my philips" using my gmail account)). guess will try again next week

the same problem too.no workaround to solve this issue. it was the only app that i use.

I also try reinstall tv and try to cut off the power like c0ug4r write, but still the same, no luck

it's the same also on my 42PFL4307H after first video screen is black but sound is good

I am seeing the same issue iwth my TV I have 32PFL....and You tube is not working as it was previuosly.
Please release any new firmware to fix this issues

I want to confirm that today Youtube app is ok no more black screen.. I'm happy now
