    Philips please can we have a new estimated date for bug fixes and napster firmware - its 9 weeks since the last missed promised date and nearly 10 months since napster stopped working!

    can we at least have the firmware with reported big fixes in the interilm?

    finally i was disappointed to read this on a review site please confirm this information is incorrect

    "If you contact phone or email support the techs don't even have any information about the problem --other than the entire Streamium line is now "legacy" and unsupported."
