    DS3020/05 not working with power adaptor

    My dock will work with batteries but not with the power adaptor. I assume the power adaptor is faulty. Any tips on where I can get a replacement? Or any other suggestions as to what else may be at fault?

    The technical support team helpfully offered a replacement speaker given that my original product was covered by the warranty. However, that was several weeks ago and now all has gone quiet. No responses to my emails...
