    The closed captioning overlook

I can't believe that companies have overlooked this, bu I would like to see Philips be the first to correct it. I have a Directv H24 receiver that hooks up through HDMI. When I activate CC on my tv, it doesn't work. I did a little research and it seems that manufacturers left CC off of the HDMI connection. I find this to be a major design flaw, I used CC when muted on my old tv, and this is a major feature issue.

    Hi Tenchu98,

Welcome to the TV forum and thank you for the feedback.

Could you please confirm your full TV model and software version?

Also, which country do you live in?

    Best regards,
    Ina
