Philips BDP5200/12 noise

Hi!I want to ask people with BDP5200/12 to check this for me - when i start in menu NET TV a strange hissing noise appears.When i play movie disk or usb it stops after minutes and when start NET TV it begins again.I want if it is possible to check this for me.Here in Bulgaria guarantee services are awlful - always blame customer or the problem is not appeared in their tests.That"s why i want to know if this is common issue or player is broken and i have to fight with them.You have to listen to this noise to hear it - i mean that from my family only i heard it and only i struggle.

It is not difficult... just come closer to your player and listen for strange electronical noise...if yiou want to help...

Nothing on my like this but allways yet little is heard a constant noise from player, that high frequency sound comes from bad transformer. Can be heard for a little buzz when starting the device caused by the laser mechanism. In one sentence, bad condition
