    How connect PFL5007 to old music receiver (cinch)

    How I make can connect my old Receiver to my new TV?

    I have Philips 40PFL5007 and Sony DRA-735R.

    Hi Przemek,

    1.) this forum is for user to user contact and a support line to philips.
    2.) your question is answered several times: here and here. I simply use a head phone jack to chinch cable and it works perfect for me. such cables can be ordered e.g. at amazon and are nothing "special".

    perhaps it might be better to use the search instead of angry icons.

    but..
    I know that
    I dont stupid. But when I insert jack then i dont hear sound from the TV speakers.
    connecting and swithing off lead to input spoil.
    Meybe impossible to connect from SCART (CVBS)?

    Hi,

    SCART is only an input.

    However, if you plug in something into the headphone jack, the TV speakers should keep output sound.

    It works without any problem for me on the headphone jack and my stereo amplifier on it's AUX chinch input.

    Th TV speakers keep running independent if the jack is in or not. When I listen via the amplifier i simply switch the tv to mute.
