Hello All,

Can anyone tell me how I can do a full factory reset for my TV. It concerns a Philips 40PFL5507.
I have tried do do it via the TV settings, but the Tv seems to remember things like the password for my WiFi connection. I'd like to do a full reset but I don't know how, can anyone help??
