IP-EPG not working again

The IP-EPG isn't working again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hate this EPG, the ONLY reason for buying the tv was recording function.
And every other day it says "no information availble" so it not possible to record the program.
WHAT WILL PHILIPS DO TO FIX THIS ISSUE????
The engineering of the EPG and recording functions sucks.
I've been patient for a year now but soon philips will have to buy the tv back since the promised functions isnt working.

No info on these chanels when you look in ip tv-guide(they have worked earlier):

Tv4, Kanal 5, Kanal 9, Tv4 sport, Animal planet.

These chanels are not found in the chanel identificationlist (they have been there before):

Discovery sv, Discovery science.



Tried to clear smart-tv memory and reinstall chanels..doesn't solve the problem...
