    can't read autorun.upg from usb

    to upgrade my software on my 37PFL7403 the tv cannot read the autorun.upg file from the USB?

    Hi.

    Do you have anything else on the USB? If so, take this off the USB temporary while updating.
    Did you unzip the autorun.upg file and put it on the root of the USB?

    Taken from instructions on how to update: Double click on the zip-file and copy the file “autorun.upg” to the root directory on the USB portable memory.
