Ds3100/05 going into standby

Just purchased this speaker dock. Using it through adapter with iPod nano 6th generation, and also tried with iPod touch. After 15 minutes of play, the dock is going into standby mode. Is this a fault or am I doing something wrong?

No, and iPod nano not running through dock studio. Pod touch is but makes no difference. I know it's supposed to go to standby after 15 minutes in idle, so am wondering if there's a fault which does this even though music is playing?

please would you let us know the exact model and generation of your iPod you use and also the serial number of your DS 3100/05 docking system? Once we have this we will investigate this issue further.

I have iPod nano 6th generation. I also tried the ipad which just about fits on, but with the same problem. Unfortunately I can't give you details of the dock as I took it back and replaced it. The new dock is the same model and works perfectly.
