Hi,
I am new on this forum.
I have a problem with some digital channels on my TV. My cable provider started with DVB-C emitting, I found all the channels and then experience the following problem with some of them. Namely, after few seconds, up to one minute, the channel that I am watching switches to another one (always the same). That happens with 3-4 channels that are on the same frequency.
I also tried to rearrange channel list. I moved the channel (to which other channels are switched to) to another location, the problem persists. After a while, that channel went back to previous position by itself.

I don't know what might be a problem.

I sent a mail to Philips support few days ago, but still no answer.

Everything is already set as you adviced.
I have noted that the channels are always switched to the first found channel on that particular frequency.

You need a little more time but i recommend you should reinstall your tv.

Restore default settingsYou can reset all picture and sound settings
and reinstall all TV channels on your TV.
1. Press .
2. Select [Setup] > [TV settings] >
[Reinstall TV], then press OK.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

If still the same, contact your local dealer.

Thank you for the response, but I have already tried that, and the problem still remains.
Since there is no official Philips office in Montenegro, I went to the representative noted in my guarantee list, ant they said that it can be some problem from our cable operator. I called them, too, and they said it is probably TV problem.
