[NEWS] New 2013 TV range introduced.
Today we officially introduced our new 2013 TV range.
TP Vision strengthens and extends small screen Philips LED-TVs offering
- Small-screen LED TVs now available in Philips PFL2908, PFL4008 and PFL4208 series
- Compact Philips TVs serve as ideal second TV and in any room
- Fully-equipped Philips PFL4208 series comes with integrated Wi-Fi providing wireless access to Smart TV services
- The Philips small-screen TV portfolio now spans screen sizes from 48cm (19’’) to 66cm (26’’) in diagonal. TP Vision will offer small-screen Philips TVs in its PFL2908, PFL4008 and PFL4208 series, so customers can pick a compact TV with a feature set that best suits their needs.
The Philips PFL2908 series small-screen LED-TVs are now available in Europe and Russia, while the Philips PFL4008 and 4208 small-screen models will follow in the second quarter of 2013.

- Ambilight featured on Philips 5000 series TVs for the first time
- PFL4508 series expands the Philips TV portfolio by featuring Micro Dimming for great contrast with deep blacks and vivid colours
- New Philips TV series combine advanced TV experience and a contemporary look.
- The Philips PFL4508 series spans screen sizes from 81 cm (32’’) through to140 cm (55’’). The great value PFL4508 TVs have an appealing design characterised by the thin brushed-aluminium frame around the screen and a minimal, elegant stand made of dark silver aluminium.
- Responding to consumer demand, 2-sided Ambilight can now be found in all Philips PFL5008 TVs for the first time. In addition, they come with many more best-in-class features and functions such as embedded Wi-Fi for wireless access to Philips Smart TV services. Support of Wi-Fi MiracastTM makes sharing content with other connected mobile devices easy. In addition, the 5000 Series Philips TVs are ready for Skype®video conferencing using an optional USB camera.

well dont understand me wrong, but instead put time in a new range, is it not better to put time in good, stable and bug free SW for end users who pay alot off money for a tv, that simple not work on this moment?

Any news on the 9000 series? Is it going to be a model with the moth eye filter, larger than 46" this year?

I hope not. September is too late for EISA awards.
TPVision should consider changing this schedule anyway. On September Europe is on holidays, nobody cares about a new TV. New TVs are expected in February-March....
