    DS7650/37 sound cuts out

    Sometimes it doesn't play. Other times it will play but later cuts out. I want to take a look inside but I'm not sure how to open it up. Suggestions?

    I would make sure the iPhone is docked properly and there is no loosen connection. If you open the device you may loose your warranty if there is still one, or I would suggest to go to Philips authorized repairers to have a look for you.
