    SHB7000 bluetooth problem

I'll start off first and say that i do work as a computer tech. I have recently purchased a new windows 8.1 laptop and I am trying to pair my Headset model SHB7000 through blue-tooth to the computer and i am having problems connecting it. It works with all my other devices tv's phones speakers etc... and even an old cell phone i had laying around thats around 7 years old and havent used in probably 3yrs. I have gone to the manufacture's of the laptops website (HP) and checked if all the drivers and everything are up to date by scanning my computer and even manually going in and even using older driver versions. and my computer connects to wireless speakers and any other device i have tried to pair it with which is around 10 or so. I see in the forums that i am not the only one with this problem with the SHB7000 but nobody has seem to have found a solution so could you please let me know if it is possible to connect the SHB7000 to a computer. I have tried numerous ways and am not able to figure it out
