Telephone CD1901B/22 keeps ringing

Hello,

Just installed this telephone. It has one very annoying 'feature', when making a call the phone rings, but when the other side has closed the line it still keeps ringing 10 times!! The phone is used with an analog telephone PBX. When someone answers the phone, all other phones must shut up. And they all do except this philips phone.

How can this be fixed? At the moment the phone is useless.
