wireless headphone shc5100

hi everyone... i recently buy a wireless headphone model shc5100/05... first 2 days its working fine... but from yesterday its not working properly.... the problem is every 10 minutes its automatically going mute... some times its come back in 5 to 10 minutes delay.... some times its does not come back...

when i switched off everything and connected again its working for an hour... then again same problem...

at the time off mute headphone red light is stable... but in the antenna box the red light is blinking... then its going totally off... some times its coming back... sometimes doent .....


please anyone hepl me....

I would try inserting new batteries, maybe your ones have not been charged properly the 1st time you used them and hence the problem?

first time i charged for 10 hours... then only i used..... they mentioned if battery low... the light headphones will dull... but its fine... battery also fine... because its brand new... some other problem... help me....
