    It seems nithing can help, i have 8 m100 connected and no one is working properly.
    Just waiting other 2 bought in the last few days , but with alerts setted between 85% to 100%, no alert sent in the last days.
    Everything is updated in terms of firmware and software, dropbox is working fine if i force a registration.

    Waiting for the reolution, at the moment the main reason due to i bought the m100 is not working.

    Adding my experience as a data point to this thread. I have the latest firmware and iPhone software; the camera is connected to the network and the live stream displays properly, but alerts don't work at all. No email notification, Dropbox recording, or even in-app alerts.

    I've provided my user name to the Administrators by PM.

    Sure hope this gets resolved soon; luckily I'm still within the return window!

    Thank you very much. I followed the steps, basically removed my cameras from my account, and set them back up again, Notifications and Alerts are working on both cameras.

    IOS badge app icon notifications aren't appearing. Comestic issue as Alerts are working.
