    32" 32pfl3606h/12 menu keeps popping up

    Hi! The menu keeps popping up all the time and seems to change language etc by itself.
    Have upgraded firmware with no luck. Any ideas?

    Sorry for a late reply.

    We need the following information to enable us to understand your problem better.

    1. How can we reproduce this problem?
    2. Are you using any external device? Signal – DVBT/C/S
    3. What is the software version of your TV set as you mentioned that you had done a software upgrade (can we have the ‘before and after ‘upgrade software version please).
    4. When do you observe the menu popping up and also on the language change? Immediately after switching on the TV set or appears during a TV programme, etc..?
    5. Any screen shot of the message that pops up or a video clip of the issue would be great if you can give us.
