Hello support team, we just got on Napster as an app for Philips Net TV. Unfortunately, many songs / playlists (e. g. Charts) on Net TV (PFL7675) will not play. It tries a long time to launch the selected file, to no avail. Then the file is skipped. Why is that? If you log on the PC there are no problems.

I have the same problem. Sometimes one song play, the other time the same song does not play and is skipped. Somtimes the whole list is skipped one song after the other. On the pc or iphone it works very well. Not so on Net TV.

I hope the problem is going to be fixed.

on the Net TV App-Store page -> change to country to Germany and then search for Napster...

Tried Germany but still no Napster on my 8606 tv also iplayer missing as well.
These are the two main apps i would have liked.

Hi all
I can get BBC iplayer on SAMSUNG SONY LG PANASONIC buttttttttt when it comes to PHILIPS, nothing.
What clown is running the department that puts apps on our tv sets.
Does he not understand that the most popular app in the UK is iplayer. Is anybody allowed to question this person and i cant understand why he is still in the job. If philips wants to sell tv`s they have got to understand what people want and not just what they think we should get.So come on Philips get your ass into gear and try and be sensible.
After spending £1300 on a tv what can a customer do to speak to the people in charge and not just moan about the problems on this Forum.
I myself have talked to many people at Philips and none have been able to answer my questions So give me a breakand contact myself and give me a simple answer so i can decide whether to send back this 8606 model and get my money back.

Missing out on BBC iPlayer is really frustrating. Your “very clear” message was handed over to the responsible people. To be solved on short notice. As explained previously, we depend on BBC support for this.

About Napster, it is available! Napster decided to build the German version, you find it with the German Apps. It is fully functional and accessible from each country.

Beside Napster we offer Aupeo! in all countries. It has comparable functionality as Napster, also a huge amount of songs in there. Check it out.
