Hi,

My, otherwise satisfactory, NP2900 has begun to mute unconditionally. Between each button-push on the remote it mutes and then unmutes again giving operational troubles - e.g. I can not step through the letters when trying to give in the password for my WIFI (the unconditional mutes prevents the "scrolling" through the letter.

It is on newest software - and the behavoir came out of the blue like a couple on months ago.

Please help - it renders my equipment useless.
