Recently bought 40PFL8007 Smart TV. Everything works perfect. In my mind having the TV connected with a network cable is always better than streaming via a Wifi connection. The remote control app works fine as long as I'm connected via Wifi to the TV. If I connect the TV with a network cable and select the corresponding fixed connection, I'm not able to control the TV via the iPhone app. The TV however is connected to the network since all my other network devices are visible when browsing with the TV.
Is there a way to connect the TV with a cable and stil be able to use the app as a remote controller?

Help will be appreciated.
