my GoGear vibe plays 2 tracks then switches off...

The sleep feature is off, and I can see no reasonable reason for this. It is New, itself a replacement for a duff one from the day before, so I don't want to return this to the shop.
Also, on recent ones in the same shop (Argos), the full sound is faulty, making too much bass so as to distort the music (on flac tracks it resembles a constant buzz/hum and no music), although I'm happy as I can use the equaliser with this one.
But how do I get it to stop turning off after the second track? Play mode is Repeat all, & shuffle both on.
Tracks are MP3 @ 320kps, all played ok on the previous gogear raga.

    Model no is SA4VBE08VN/12

    Hello Leslie,

As confirmed by the team, the product is faulty and has to be replaced.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Kind regards,

Can I ask, as this is a second one with the same faults, one black, and this one a purple replacement for the previous, will not the replacement also have those same faults?
Where will this replacement come from?
Obviously Argos will give me another with the same faults to the "Full Sound" and the other problems.
What is the point of asking them to replace like for like if it is faulty?
If They won't give me my money back, there is going to be eruptions in that store, I've had days of this crap now.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns and refunds policies of the sellers.

No, but you did manufacture a product with an obvious inbuilt fault with the "Full Sound" feature.
All those in that store will have this fault, a known fault.
This one, like the one it replaced both having this fault.
    A designed into it fault.

A video of this and the other faults is being made and will go on all available site to show this problem.
IT IS NOT A ONE-OFF ITEM WITH THIS "FULL SOUND" FAULT.

It still shuts down after the first song too.

As promised. It's a disgrace these are allowed to carry on being sold.
