Question 32PFL5403D/12 cannot find TV stations

I just switched to a new cable company, so I need to reinstall the stations. but if I choose the automatic install, it goes on for a long time without finding anything. I know there is signal, because on the old frequencies (from the previous cable co) there are now different stations...

what can be wrong? TV has the latest firmware

    Hi,

I think, you TV only supports analog channels - maybe you need to adjust some search parameters...

well, it supports DVB-T, but my cable only supplies analog and DVB-C, so maybe that is the problem?

    Hi,

right - your TV supports DVB-T and analog cable - but no DVB-C. check your cable provider, which channels are available.
