Each time we try to connect our TV to our router (which is working correctly, as I am able to use our laptop, telephone, Ipad etc) we receive the message 'uw verbinding is niet bevestigd, wilt u toch doorgaan'. We have succeeded 1 time to connect the TV, but the next day, unfortunately we had to connect again and since have not been able to.

We have deleted the previous registration (read this in the manual) but unfortunately.. nothing..

Can anyone help us?

The firmware on our router (FritzBox) is up to date, no new updates available.

What do we have to do to make this work?
