problem with my bdp 9600

i'm french and excuse me for my poor english.

I have a problem with my bdp 9600 buy in march 2011.
Since a few week, my bdp 9600 does not keep any more my regulations in particular for the audio configuration ( delay, size of the speaker...5.1 instead of 7.1....) I'm oblige to do this every I reboot my Bdp 9600. It's Painful.

Have you a solution ?
Where are protected the parameter ? A pile for the protect ?

make a factory reset and try again... if this doesn't fix the issue - call service.
