Philips 40PFL7605 (2010) - Arte+7 out of order

Hi,
Since one or two weeks Arte+7 apps (NetTV) is not working.
Arte page open (white screen) but after 2 or 3 seconds, screen turn to black....
...and nothing...
I have tried to reload the page: same issue.
Other apps on my TV work well.

How can i fix this problem ?

I have exactly the same problem since one week approximately. NetTV works well for all apps... except Arte
At the start of Arte: the screen goes white, then the TV turns off (standby)

I tried to empty the history of NetTV, without success
(46PFL9705 H/12 - France)

in the German forum a moderator said, that Arte is looking into that problem currently...
