Hi,
new on Net TV: Telekom Mediacenter. View and listen to your music and videos stored on 25 GB space hosted by German Telekom.

@Philips
Please, talk to Telekom to use HTTPS! The current http connection is not state of the art in login procedures!!!

Hi,
see also: www.telekom.de/mediencenter or take a look at the overview video inside the Net TV App.

I prefer having my private data (videos, pictures, music) in my own private cloud. I prefer a media server at home without typing a login when accessing from home because of using dlna. Access from outside world internet is also possible.
For me, I won't use it. But a videostore would be great.

Did someone already try this? Can you really upload a video and share it with others?
What formats & what quality is supported? Does it support HD?
(Since YouTube does not support HD playback on Net TV an alternative would be nice!)
I uploaded a movie (X.mov). It is recognised as a video file.
Now it says: "Can not play back now, try later"?

Hi,
I got the same error (even on the web page) I think the videos will be converted. And that take some times. 720p is the highest supported resolution.

Damn, the Video that I uploaded is not supported. It shows an icon with the uploaded video with a "Video not playable" message. So I need to try again. I am in the Netherlands, I could sign-up with Telekom.de and upload my stuff. So this App is not geographically limited. Nice to have 25G of free storage space!
Toengel, did your movie play?

More info on the App here! (In German)

I uploaded *.WMV, *.AVI, *.MOV, *.MP4. (MP4 should be CE-HTML compatible) No video's play via the TV.
