Thumbs up Do I need a 3D BlueRay for my Pol-3D-TV?

I have the 427606K/02 and intend to buy a BR-player.

I wonder whether it is important to buy a 3d version of the player even with my polarised 3d panel? Can only 3d-player read 3d blueray discs?

hi markalex ive got a sonybdp-s360 br player not 3d and i have played 3d discs on it with no problem no 3d tv either a sharp aquos 47with good effects run through a onkyo tx-sr506 av system but reading on other web sites you need all the kit but i suppose it depends on what type of 3d you are using but if you like most of us on these forums your going to get it anyway because you'll never be satisfied until you got a set up like the local cinema ff

    Hi,

I strongly advise to buy one with 3D capabilities - so you can't do anything wrong. And I think you need one with 3D, since others might not be able to handle the 3D Blu-ray format.

But correct me, if I'm wrong!
