One of my HF3490/01 lives its own life!
Hi Philips.
I bought two Philips HF3490/01 Wake Up Lights some time ago and it has been to good use living here in Sweden.
But some months ago the product snapped and the radio started by itself in the middle of the night!!! Of course I got very chocked and confused and dubbed checked if any alarm was set for that saturday. But there wasn't.
I haven't got rid of the problem and now I can't use the products at all because it makes more damage to my sleep rythm than when I used it before.
Where can and should I turn, as this must be a warranty errand? I donät remember which Christmas I bought it, how much would it cost to maybe fix this extremely annoying problem?
Sincerely Fiffi

this forum seems not dedicated for the wake up light issue...
hence i think it takes longer to have someone to address this for you.
but for this issue, i guess you can try plugging it off and reconnect it ans see if the issue is still there or not.
not so familiar with the wake up light...but see if there's any reset button //Last edited by kwinnie; 03-04-2013 at 04:53 AM.

Dear Fiffi,
HF3490's switching issue is a known issue.
Kindly bring your device back to service center for a repair/ exchange.
Thanks & regards,
