DS9000/12 has died, dead as a dodo, advice needed!
Hi everybody
My father bought me this DS9000/12 and it hasn't had much use, but when I have used it, it's been incredible sound with my iPhone 4S
Last night, i plugged the unit in and it's completely and utterly dead, no sound or anything, have tried 3 different power cables and still nothing
also tried the line in output to see if it was the dock connector causing a problem
What or why has this happened?
It's had little use and now this!
Only had it 13 months!
Is there an internal fuse i can change?
Any ideas?

So there is no power input at all? Have you also tried a different socket?

In this case, I would suggest to take it to the service. Do you still have a warranty on it?

Shouldn't you try it first through the retailer then? Whoever sold it to you with the warranty?

Dear Waynester,
just a quick follow up on your issue. Have you managed to get your warranty and your device to be servised through the retailer or Philips directly?
Kind Regards,
