Anyone does have a firmware version that I don't have? I have:

Hi,

I have problems and I don't know if it's due to firmware.

In recent weeks, when we turn on the television after between 1 and 5 minutes, we have a black screen without sound for 3-4 seconds and all come back normal.

Second problem sometimes when I start a bluray with my freebox (french internet access), I have no sound on my tv and without touch anything on my bluray if I switch off then turn on my TV all come back normal.

Your opinion ? I need to contact philips support?

I need to try my TV without power strip, because philips tv must be directly connected to wall power
I never heard a joke like this one ! I'm going to try this evening, and I will call philips support for tell "oh it's strange but it was not solved my problem" !
