    Unhappy BDP9700 user disappointed

    First the control, its the worst ever, thank good a have Logitech one!
    Using a keyboard and mouse works bad, beavior and control synks pore.
    The smartTV function, the screen freeze using HDMI and if I try close the app will not work, start another will show the same app used before?

    Using the webb function is wery slow.

    All this is NOT what `i call smartTV , Really I what to send it back it not deserve stand on top of my Yamaha rx a3200!

    And last firmeware is installed and reset used several times....

    Hi, sorry to her about your experience. In regards to the reset; have you reset the unit via the menu or a hard reset, i.e. un-plugged the unit?
