    Picopix Windows 8 Drivers

As the new owner of a Picopix 2055 model, I find it a fantastic portable projection unit. However, it is frustrating that I cannot use it with my newer Windows 8 laptop. Can anyone from Philips confirm whether Windows 8 compatible drivers are going to be released for the Picopix range of devices or if there are any workarounds which will enable the drivers to be recognized?

I have tried the advanced startup option to ignore unsigned driver installations, but this does not appear to be the problem.

    Kind Regards,
    Andrew Dumbleton

Have you tried the Windows 8 drivers to see if those work on the the RT version?

I tried to run the .exe file but Windows 8 RT rejects it as not being a valid app.

    Dear Alex,

I have just installed the Picopix 2055's Windows 8 driver on my new laptop and realized that the extension viewing mode is no longer available. Can you please let us know if there is an updated Windows 8 driver underway or what workaround you can offer to support this extremely important function?

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Andreas
