I'm looking for some help.

I bought a Philips 26PF5521 TV from ebay - ex-rental. I sometimes come across a bit of a problem. There are times when I'll press buttons on the remote control and the TV will not respond. All buttons other than the power on/off will have no response. But then it delays and maybe after 10-20 seconds the functions will catch up and work again.

I wonder if there is a problem with the software or whether it's a hardware problem. I've had exactly the same model before from the same seller and sent it back as there was a problem with retaining the channels on the guide.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem, and is there an easy fix?
