Hi Ted,
Thanks for the link. I still have my hard copy and have read and reread the small voice Recordings section p9 but also did not find anything.
Had hoped there was (and probably is) a software adjustment.
Have only recently even tried to use REC but every time get Error Message "Memory is Full" and I have never made a recording.
Have you ever used REC so am wondering what file(s) are needed.
Thanks again for your help!

The player has only 1GB of storage, and if you have any music, then it might be tight with space. I guess that why you experiencing issue with voice recording. Try, if possible, to move or remove some of the tracks, and then try to record. Let us know how you getting on!

Hi MrBarton,
"The player has only 1GB of storage, and if you have any music, then it might be tight with space."
Forgot to mention that until recently was using my GoGear SA2115 only for data (and FM radio). Did go through it a few weeks ago and deleted unneeded Folders/Files.
Am thinking I may have deleted the Folder needed for REC.
If can not determine what Folders/Files are needed for REC may have to ReInstall p10 Quick Start Guide but was told that it will delete all my other files so would rather not have to do this.
