    Standby doesn't work

    Pressing Standby in the app doesn't seem to work. If I'm listening to either Deezer or TuneIn Radio and press the Standby button from the home screen, the button will flash red, and the music will pause for a second or two and then continue to play. If I pause the music and press Standby, the speaker is muted (the LED blinks white and the volume control in the app has the muted icon).

    Hi, your issue looks strange, have you upgraded to the latest version ?

    Yes, I'm running firmware version H5.10, which should be the latest. I have once or twice experienced that the software standby button actually worked, but mostly the speaker will just continue playing after a split second pause.

    I have exactly the same issue with the standby button in the app, both on my galaxy nexus and nexus 7. It actually does work if you are lucky and touch it the "right way". I have no idea what is that right way though. I mentioned it in various posts but no reply or reaction, regretfully. Therefore I am glad to see that you have this experience as well.

    It is good to read that you are working on it! Now that the firmware seems to work pretty decent, I hope Philips will start improving the Air-studio app, because to be honest, it is well below nowadays standards (and that is an euphemism). I hope yo will be to show some improvements soon!

    I've experienced a similar issue with the hardware standby button a couple of times when playing music from Spotify. I press the hardware button, and it turns green but then starts to play again after some time. I have always left the room before it starts to play again, so I don't know if it turns back on with the next number on the playlist or just after some time...
