32PFL9705H. Has "lost" HDMI 2
This TV has lost HDMI 2, so when I try to connect a satellite receiver to that input, I can't choose HDMI 2 in the list of inputs. Can anyone give a hint of what I shall do. Would a new software update help, or shall I do a factory reset, and how do I do that?
The TV is about one and a half year old with original software.
Hope for an answer

First you should install latest software from support website. That will not solve the problem. Then try a "reinstall TV" at user-menu. Ok now?

Hey. Thank you for a quick reply. I made the softwareupdate and reinstall this afternoon. All went well. The reinstall braught the HDMI 2 back to live.
