No access to picture settings when using NetTV apps. ???
TV: Philips 55PFL5907
I find it odd that you can't see the volume bar on the screen when adjusting the volume during NetTV use. Can that be fixed?
But the major offender is stated best in a CNET review quote:
"More annoyingly is that when you're watching NetTV content, the TV switches to Standard mode, which enables the smoothing dejudder mode by default and can't be changed. If you're a videophile and a fan of Netflix, this isn't the TV for you."
I want access to the TV picture controls while watching content through NetTV apps. Why are we locked out of that? I can't stand watching movies with the motionflow processing, but there's no way to change the tv settings in NetTV. Why was this decision made, and can it be fixed in a firmware update? Thanks.
