    Corrupted favorites list

The favorites channel list is corrupted. It consists now of 2 segments that can be reached by directly selecting a channel in one of the two segments. Reordering of the list is not possible and yields a blank error/information message.

Any help how to solve this?

    Hi VerstInDeAchterHoede.

Could you please confirm to me the following:
What's the model number of your TV?
What software version is installed on your TV?
Are you using the builtin tuner or an external tuner?
    - If internal, what signals do you have ( DVB-T/C/S)?
    - Are you using a Cam card?

Please make sure you have updated your TV to the latest software version (can be found on the support page).

    Best regards,
    Benedickte

I have had a similar problem, see http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...topped-working

When the favorites were OK again, I made a copy on an USB memory stick, just in case.

I experience a similar problem: The "Favorites" will be corrupted after a while. I "reset" the list manually (by deleting all previous settings), and then it works well for some days, but then, suddenly it is once again corrupted. Disconnecting the TV from the mains will not help. The model: 40PFL7007T/12 and the software: 150.085 (= the latest version). I also have a TV in the 5000-series (somewhat older; 32PFL5605H/12), and there are no problems with the favorites list!

To me the problem seems to be related to the software (maybe the firmware?).

    Hi,

Where can I find the Save channels to USB option? With the manual and the latest (150.xx.085) firmware I cannot find the option.

    Thanks.

Hello, I bought a 47pfl6007, I've upgraded to the latest firmware Versione: 000.150.085.000.

I have this type of problem:
Favourite list change by itself for no reason example:

    original
    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 3 (Channel3) - 4 (channel4) - 5 (Channel5) - 6 (channel6)
    changes in
    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 2 (Channel3) - 3 (channel4) - 4 (Channel5) - 5 (channel6)

if I delete or move the channel (Channel3) the result becomes

    1 (channel 1) - 2 (channel2) - 2 (channel4) - 3 (Channel5) - 4 (channel6)

I do not know what to do, can you help me?

    thank you very much
