I bought new TV 47pfl4307h/12 and I'm very disappointed because my model didn't support subtitles format East Europe (Windows-1250, ISO 8859-2).
I try upgrade software but Philips didn't support users with it and didn't try to solve this problem or big mistake.
Philips is a big company and should be solved any problem where it came up.
