I've bought a HDR a few years ago. Philips promised in the user guide regular software updates to improve the HDR. Approx 3 years later and still no updates and today I received an email that there will become no software updates anymore. This is very disappointing.

We are loooking for a new TV but if this is the way of working of Philips this will become our first non Philips TV in approx 30 years.
