    never again......

    .......will i spend my hard earned on a phillips product. quite simply it doesn't do what it says on the box, which is a matter for trading standards, sale of goods act, fit for purpose etc etc. However, phillips customer care/support, call it what you like is something else. you email them and get a reply that they will be in touch within 4 days..... 9 days later........not for the first time either. you want to spend money? no problem, here to help. spent your money and got a problem? you're on your own. the worst bit of hifi equipment I have ever wasted my money on.

    the device keeps dropping its wifi connection, rebooting when trying to connect to a network, it has no memory, as in if I want to move it from one location to another, even three feet and plug in to another socket I have to reenter the network password. generally a waste of money. it has been returned for repair and been returned exactly the same, phillips customer care is abysmal, they do not accept that there is a problem and do not answer emails. sorry but my whole experience of phillips is really dissapointin

    Not only do Phillips refuse to answer emails but the advisor on the online chat has just cut off the session. They clearly do not want to address the problems!
