Smile Phillips Fidelio 0983FA - wireless connection on Mac OS x

Got a Phillips Fidelio 0983FA last week and very satisfied with sound quality. The initial WPS auto connection and airplay (in iTunes) is working without trouble: Green light.

However I have difficulty in getting bonjour to connect (in safari) and using streaming over wifi.

Under the wifi symbol the Fidelio doesn't appear any longer. It did as I recall when I first started up the Fidelio and I could got into the interface using a browser and 192.168.1.1. Now that address only gives me the data of my router.

I tried disconnecting power of Fidelio, rebooting the rooter (a new ZTE movistar) with no result.

MacBook Air OS X 10.7.5. and MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.4
Firewall is off (that prevented connected first).

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I can’t update using the supplied update: The Fidelio is not logging on to the previous wifi now. Nor can I get into the settings router Fideleo page.

I tried going down the whole route of resetting and logging in to the set up manually.

The Fideleo wifi appears well and one can connect (another time Fideleo was asking for a WEP password). However now connected to Fideleo as wifi only firefox would give me (192.168.1.) the Fideleo’s setup page, but wouldn’t load “settings” once clicked. All other browser (safari, google chrome, firefox) on my gear (2 mac’s and 2 androids) wouldn’t load the page. Strange cause I used the standard android browser first time it started up with success loading the phillips ideleo page, but it didn’t give me passage to settings either though.

SO.. now Fideleo is still trying to log on to the old wifi (WPS) but still no success. I unplugged everything a few times, but it still will not catch the WPS.

How do I get into the setup page? Would it work on an iPhone? On a PC??

Do I just return this failed machine to the store?
