    Update software user manual

    I own a TV 42PFL6007H/12 from December 2012

Can I find out which is the release of the "Software User Guide" that is installed on the TV? How and where?

There is the "support" this file: 42pfl6007h_12_mus_ita.zip
Version: 05, Zip file, 29.05 MB, Date published: 10/09/2012

I downloaded the "zip" file on a USB key, but does not update the files on the TV! How can I do?

WARNING: just installed the TV I did an update from the internet for the firmware.

    thank you very much

    Hi,

    to update:

    - format USB stick with FAT
    - create folder "upgrades"
    - extract the zip file and copy the *.upg file to the folder upgrades
    - insert stick
    - tv configuration / update / local update
    - start update

    Hello,

I have a 47PFL6877H12. My motherboard was replaced due to an issue. Since then i have more and more HDMI1 entries and my (digital) helpfiles are gone (help in TV menu). I downloaded the file, unzipped it and put the "313913705345.upg" file in the root of an USB stick. I put the uSB stick in the TV, stick was recognized, the USB menu came up but no readable files were found. Just before this i upgraded the firmware to 150.87 which worked fine.

    Any ideas?

Ofcourse now i've found Toengels reply to a post stating the file needs to be in a root folder called "upgrades" and process it from the 'lokale updates'. Problem with the help files is solved now. Now i need to phone the helpdesk for the 21 HDMI1 and 5 undefined entries in my 'Source' list.

And just now i read your post above. THANX!!!

You know anything about the HDMI bug. I think i had read somewhere this was fixed in an earlier firmware update...?

Under Options i only have (in dutch) 'Reset to original name and picture' and 'rescan connections'. You say 'mark entries' can i select multiple entries or did you just mean select an entry?
