Philips server not found. Although the green smile is online

    Dear All,

We have bought a 46PFL8007 smart TV. We do have connection with our home network through wireless connection. But if we try to connect through Smart TV the message is that the Philips server isn't found. What to do ?

I had the same problem the last day.

It was solved by installing the software again via USB stick.

    Hi,

Well there are a lot of steps that needs to be done to possibly resolve the issue with regards to your concern. Here are some:

    1. Clear Smart/Net TV Cache and Cookies. (Steps @ User Manual)
    2. Reset both TV and Router. (Visit FAQ's under Networking)
    - For Wireless, unplug the Wifi dongle (if any)
    - For Wired, unplug the networking cable.
    3. Make sure you have the latest software version. (Software and Drivers)

    Best Regard,
    Nikz
