message: this file doesn't exists or cannot be readed

    Hello,
    I have a 32PFL5007
I've bought a NAS hard drive, connected to the router to work as a media server. I Copied some files on it, and tried to watch them from the TV, but I have a problem:

I have to videos, one it's played correctly on the TV, but the oder one I get the message og the title.

The same file is shared from the PC directly with windows media player, and I can play it correctly, but when i copy it to the NAS server, i get the error.

From another DLNA player, i can play the file correctly, I only have the problem from the philips TV

    Thank you very much

This TV it's making me become crazy.
Now, I checked that if I choose the files that the TV cannot read, with the remote app of my android mobile, then are played on the TV.
With the remote app, i choose the file from the NAS server and it's played, but if i choose the file directly from the TV menu, go to NAS server, then it says the file doesn't exist or cannot be read...

    ???
