Problem with 37PFL8605H screen
My TV screen looks like it was dirty. The TV picture quality has not decreased. Is this normal? Maybe that's the problem with anti-reflective coating?

Same issue of mine: there was a humidity stain behind the display 20 minutes after the boot.
I've broguht the TV back to the shop after few hours after the purchase.
It was replaced immediately with a new one.

Maybe humidity stains disappears? My TV in philips service was two weeks, and I do not want to be another two weeks without TV.

No, if the humidity was present, the TV scren was not correctly sealed or similar.
Ask for a replacement if you've purchased it recently.
