    Unhappy AccuWeather doesn't update

    Hello

    Thanks for the update of the MCI8080.

    The new screen with Accuweather is great... except that it doesn't work properly. Location is incorrect (see other thread) but more problematic is that the weather information doesn't update itself, it can be hours and hours delayed, so for example you see a full sun in the middle of the night.

    If I switch on/off the device then I get the updated screen.

    It's quite an irritating bug, can anything be done about this?

    In the meantime, I would kindly ask you to provide me with the following details.

    1. Reported city
    2. Correct city (if possible, state the away distance)
    3. IP address or Mac address (as written on the label on the product or displayed in the settings menu)
    4. Model and serial number of your device

    Hello Tereza,

    I have also received a software update on my NP3500 last week.
    The city is correct, but the weather information doesn't update itself. Sometimes it is completly gone.
    How to resolve this problem.
    Like above, this is an irritating bug.
