    pta508 not related products 40pfl8605. philips official site is lying

    Hi
    I am at the Canakkale/Turkey.
    In august 2011 I bought 40pfl8605 Philips television and 2 weeks ago I bought 2 numbers pta508 3D glasses for watch 3D films.But I can not watch 3D films.Because pta508 not related product my 40pfl8605 television due to my tv date of production is 2010.whereas in philips official site (http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...00_pss_aen.pdf) is announced that related product both 40pfl8605 and pta508. I emphasize the problem to philips turkey support .They told me "send your pta508 for change pta517".I send them but they told me "We can not change pta508 with pta517 due to there are not box of the pta508".I want to my problem to be solved because I bought pta508 relying on at the philips official site.But Philips Turkey support not solve my problem and not care about me.

    Hi Wayfarer2140,

    I checked this with our Turkish Service manager. He told me the following: "First, the consumer had contacted local repair workshop, and unfortunately they informed him wrong. Today, our consumer contact center called him and informed him that his old glasses will be replaced with compatible type".

    So I assume this issue is solved now? Please confirm.

    I appreciate to your relevence.But not true that I had contacted local repair workshop firstly. I had contacted Turkish service manager firstly(I have got e-mail arguments).They transferred me to local repair workshop.Anyway this lie is not important.yet they have send e-mail to me that glasses will have been changed in week.I wait and see.I will write end of the sorrow

    Philips Canakkale Turkey local service called me with telephone and reported that thought to me send to me pta517 is more expensive than pta508 therefore 113 turkish lira send us for 2 glasses. I send 113 tl them. I am waiting for pta517 glasses.For your information.
