    Hey,

    Have a look at the user manual here: http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/s/s...55_dfu_eng.pdf sections 7 &10 deal with adding audio and video files, read through, follow the steps and you should be fine

    Hi
    Yes thats a great help but when I launch Media converter message says connect you philips device to the computer the window will close and media converter will load I connect my GoGear to my computer but nothing happens the message still stays there

    Hi Davedee,

    You need to use Songbird with your device. Just add the files to songbird media library and synchronise your device with songbird library (manually), try not to use autosynch unless you want your whole library to be synched
